Room Facilities

All rooms have recently been refurbished and come with an ensuite, soundproofed windows, free wifi, tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits and a fridge, hairdryer, 39" flat screen TV

Family rooms come either with a double bed and single sofa bed to accommodate 3 people or with 2 double beds for 4 people. Cots are available on request.

The hotel has 10 rooms which have been adapted for disabled guests, though these only take a maximum of 2 people. These rooms have a roll-in shower with a seat, grab rails and an emergency cord. They are all on the ground floor, but the hotel lifts can accommodate wheelchairs. There is a visible fire alarm for guests with hearing difficulties. Guest directories and room service menus can be supplied in Braille, and all rooms have the number on the door in Braille. Guide dogs and other service animals are welcome.

Dining at Renaissance Heathrow

Enjoy fine dining and runway views at The Market Garden restaurant. Get your day off to a perfect start with a buffet breakfast offering traditional english breakfast as well as pastries, continental breakfast. In the evening choose from the a la carte menu with dishes such as Waygu beef burger, roast of the day, or pumpkin ravioli.

For those who need a caffeine fix or something smaller then Starbucks can be found in the lobby.

Leisure Facilities

The Renaissance has a large gym, a sauna and steam room, plus a mirrored exercise studio which runs a daily programme of classes including yoga, salsa and zumba. Treat yourself to a massage or manicure at the beauty salon or get your hair done at the hotels hairdresser.

Transfers to and from Heathrow

You can catch the Heathrow Hoppa bus from the hotel to the airport and back - it runs regularly during the airport's opening hours. From Terminals 2 and 3, the Hoppa service runs every 14 minutes from 04:27 to 23:37. From Terminal 4 the service runs every 30 minutes from 04:50 to 23:20 and from Terminal 5, it runs every 30 minutes from 05:01 to 23:31. You may need to catch a free train between terminals, depending on where you are travelling from, so leave plenty of time.
