Each room is equipped with an en-suite, are air conditioned and have a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and pay-per-view movies, phone, hair dryer and the obligatory tea and coffee tray.. You'll find a mini-bar fridge and a safe, along with free mineral water. There's a radio in the bedroom and another in the bathroom, along with free wifi access.Rooms overlook the airport, or the lobby and some rooms will overlook the internal zen garden. Being on the airport itself all rooms are triple glazed to ensure a quiet comfortable nights sleep. Disabled rooms are available on request. Triple and Quad rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Cots are available on request.
The Sofitel Heathrow has two restaurants to choose from and a tea salon. At La Belle Epoque you will experience Gourmet French cuisine with an Asian twist. The food at this restaurant is so good it has been awarded 3 AA rosette. If that wasn't enough the restaurant has amazing runway views. Private dining and Chefs Table where you have a birdseye view of the kitchen and the chefs in action is available on request. The restaurant is open for lunch from 12pm- 2.30pm and for dinner 6pm-10pm.
Vivre is the hotels main restaurant serving a hot buffet breakfast. For dinner Vivre offers a live cookery experience, where your meal is prepared right in front of you. There are five interactive "theatres": Deli, Hot Wok, Grill, Forno and Sweets, with a la carte live cooking in the evening. Vivre is open for breakfast from 6am to 10am (and 11am on a weekend) and is open for dinner from 6pm-10pm.
At Tea 5 you can find light lunches, cakes and pastries and snacks as well as 31 exotic teas from around the world to try. Open from 7am until 6pm.
Why not treat yourself to one of the 25 treatments available or unwind in the vitality pool, sauna, relaxation room or steam room from the award winning Sofitel Spa. The spa and the relaxation room are open from 8am (9am on weekends) until 9pm for a fee. If you're thinking of getting in some spa treatments, you'll need to let the hotel know at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise they might not be able to fit you in.
The hotel also has a 24hr gym, hair studio, two elegant lounges if you fancy a cocktail, and a tranquil zen garden to relax before your flight.
The Sofitel Heathrow is just a short walk by a covered walkway into Terminal 5. If you are flying from another Heathrow terminal you can catch the Heathrow Express free of charge between the terminals.
