The DeSalis Hotel at Stansted is a small hotel offering big value. It is located just a few minutes North of the terminal and can be booked together with a choice of parking for the length of your trip. It is outside of the Stansted flightpath and promises a peaceful night sleep before or after the day of your flight. You can book parking at the DeSalis so you car stays put once you've arrived and parked. The hotel runs its own shuttle service to and from Stansted Airport which runs every half hour, 24/7. They charge £5 per person and it takes about 7-10 minutes.
It is usually a little cheaper to book car parking with the Long Stay car park and there is no additional charge for using the bus. You can include this with your hotel booking from BCP, instead of the hotel parking option. Keep an eye out for this deal when you search for the dates you need. In the morning, drive to the Long Stay car park and catch their bus to the terminal. Long Stay buses run every 15 minutes and take just 10 minutes to reach the terminal.
Bedrooms at the DeSalis offer all the essentials, including TV and DVD player, a kettle with tea and coffee, hair dryer, work desk and an en-suite shower and toilet.
The DeSalis has a restaurant and bar for guests. The menu features a variety of Italian, American and English dishes which cater for most tastes.
