• Long Stay Everyywas as expected except when I came to depart the car park I was asked to pay again had to contact staff with payment reference before the gate was lifted. Since I had to give my registration number I thought your cameras would recognise my car and that payment had been made. Maybe your software needs updating.

• Long Stay When we arrived at the car-park a sign indicated it was full but thankfully we did manage to find a space. Everything else went smoothly. It is quite a distance from the terminal and perhaps a shuttle bus should be provided.

• Long Stay When I got to Inverness Airport I could not get into the long stay car park as BCP no longer ran the car park. The airport staff were excellent but it would have been nice to have been told of this in advance.
