• Car Watch This was my first time using BCP/LBA Car watch. It was easy to find the place, and the shuttle ride was a short one. The shuttle was there waiting for me on my arrival back to Leeds and the transfer was very quick and efficient. Very impressed. I would recommend it highly and use it again in the future.

• Car Watch Stuff was helpful and nice. They know how to transfer you to/from the airport quickly, and everything went smoothly. Only, it was bit difficult to find the car park so maybe if they can put a visuable sign board it would help to find right place quicker.

  Very slow to collect - even though advised they would be waiting. We were out in the cold for 20 minutes past midnight and needed to chase.
  Transport to and fro was a very old mini bus - generally poor image vs local competition (Sentinel)

• Car Watch Everything went fine, a little wait for the LBACarwatch shuttle on our return. This was ok as it was fine but if it had been raining we would have been soaked. A shelter at the airport pick-up point would be useful. Also the area where we left the car and picked it up again was wet and muddy in places..a bit more of concrete hard-standing would be a good idea.
