My only criticism and perhaps nothing to do with BCP, is that there seems to be a lot of unused parking/road area, nearer the terminal and, although the 'drop off' was quite near the terminal, it would have been better if it had been a little nearer, utilising the space not been used.

• Meet and Greet Really good meet and greet, the guy was there to pick up and was very polite..Draw back was my battery went flat on my car and I had to jump it off. Luckily Im a tech and knew how to do it.. Not their fault tho.

• Meet and Greet Temperatures were sub zero when we arrived and returned to Leeds airport. Car drop off and pick up were faultless. Man waiting to take car away on our departure and waiting for us to drive away on our return along with £2.00 to get out of the car park. Very friendly, approachable staff, normally fly from Manchester but now will look for flights from Leeds to use this service. Super impressive why have the stress of parking and waiting for transfers to and from airport? The little extra payment for personal service and convenience was well worth it. Will definitely book again next time, thank you.
