• Meet and Greet Service was good, most staff polite and helpful the only things I was concerned about was when my car was been driven away the driver didn't put the lights on so this did make me worry that it was going to be ok! Then on return we were told we needed £2 for the toll to get out of the carpark and was bluntly told we should of read the small print overall everything was ok

• Meet and Greet Used Meet and greet, Person collecting car was not in the uniform expected. On collection we were told we had to pay to get the car out of the short stay car park although there was nothing said about this when the car was left.
