• Long Stay The camera at entry did not recognise our number plate so we had to use the intercom, then that was fine. On leaving, once again we had to use the intercom. We were asked whether we had the token to allow we could get out but nobody had requested us to get a token at any time. Resolved by the intercom conversation

• Long Stay Everything went ok.Think there should be walkways between vehicles parked up.We caught the transfer bus from bustop 2.on arrival struggled to get from parking zone 7d as no signs for bustop,and no walkways between vehicles to the bustop.had to struggle with cases between vehicles. Apart from that driver very curtious. Ps also arrow signs at terminal for bustop back were pointing in wrong direction.
