  • Long Stay As described no problem parking. Down side is the shuttle bus drivers they arnt helpful at all . Maybe if they indicated which bus stop was which it would be more helpful

  • Long Stay ANPR is a great way of accessing the car park. we'd forgotten which card we paid with back in March, so getting access without putting a card in was fab! Didn't contact staff, so can't comment on their helpfulness!

  • Long Stay Car park surface was an absolute disgrace. Most long stay areas full or not available and had to use "overflow" area (bus stop 4). This airport parking surface is rock and rubble and is not acceptable. White dusty grit is transferred to suitcases and cars. Interior of car now needs a valet. A proper tarmac surface is required as stayed days and did not get value for money. Very upset customer now looking for alternative parking for next year if not given discount for poor conditions.

  • Long Stay Took almost one hour from landing to getting into car. Waited ages for luggage ( not your fault ) then ages for bus then long walk to car. In view of cost for one week, a taxi would be a better bet for next time.

  • Long Stay Buses infrequent. Had 2 hols in August, used you for both but only used bus once! Also tried calling you on phone number provided to state flight time change but only got leeds Bradford airport recorded message.

  • Long Stay Going everything smooth, a bus quickly arrived but on return there appeared to be only 1 bus working across the car parks that was full as numerous flights had arrived on a busy Sunday afternoon meaning a wait of around minutes outside the airport

  • Long Stay Looking for car park 1 or 2 long stay was not signposted so we just went into long stay and had no problem getting in or out. So all was well. Bus was just coming as we arrived so straight to the airport. Waited about minutes for a bus on return as the 1st bus was full. Drivers were polite.

  • Long Stay took ages for the camera to recognise our reg on the way in, wouldn't let us out at all, seemed to be every car not just us, staff helpful though, no excessive waiting for bus and only a few mins from carpark to terminal,

  • Long Stay Unresolved complaint due to having to pay twice. Once to pre boom then again to exit the car park -- in total £130 for a week !!!

  • Long Stay The location of the airport parking was excellent & the shuttle bus service was also very helpful.
    The only issue we had was on arrival & unfortunately when we arrived back, the barrier did not recognise our number plate on both occasions & this caused a very slight delay & panic.

  • Long Stay Hassle free. Easy online booking. Car Reg recognition worked perfectly on entry and exit. Efficient shuttle bus transfer to and from airport.

  • Long Stay As described, easy to find a parking space and helpful staff when required. Frequent shuttle buses too. The only issue is with the booking confirmation/code as on both enter and exit I had to ask for assistance as the code wouldn't scan. The machine is a little confusing to understand so maybe a code/number you have to input would work better (like when collecting tickets at the train station!) I spoke with someone through the system and it was dealt with quickly but by this point lots of car were being held up as everyone seemed to have problems with the prepaid/prebooked system.
