• Long Stay Very difficult to find a parking place. Car park surface atrocious and as a result damaged the wheels of my suitcase. Signage very poor and took ages to find the way out of the carpark.

• Long Stay Everything like clockwork arrived early morning didn't even need to mess about putting bar code in barrier lifted on car recognition no hassle at all drove round a little to find a space only had to wait at bus stop 5 mins bus arrived happy days.....then arriving back in country!!! Must have just missed a bus then had to wait well over mins for another!The driver then crammed as many of passengers as he could it was horrendous families with buggies stood up,cases crammed in!! So when it came to first stop of course it was caos people fighting for cases having to move others around so theirs could be sought!!! NIGHTMARE!!!!!Better system needs sorting out! Or just tell the drivers to not over load busses!!! What a horrendous end to our beautiful hol talk about welcome home(not)!!!!!!!

• Long Stay The instructions for pick up when returning are wrong on your written instructions. The pick up is outside the terminal not where we were dropeed off. Driver was very good.

• Long Stay Excellent service, drove up to the barrier on entry and exit and immediately recognised and opened.
  When printed confirmation bar code did not print correctly first time, had to reduce size to print but not needed.

• Long Stay Everything was great on outward journey,however on return the shuttle busses had been excluded from picking up outside the main building.it took us and many other people over mins to find the shuttle bus.NO signage was visible on exciting the terminal.

• Long Stay This is the second year the number plate recognition didn't work then you spend ages waiting for someone to answe the phone to let you out meanwhile drivers are irate behind you for blocking exit

• Long Stay The car park had no information about me had to speak to operator to enter and sort problem out on return at information desk had to be manually let out of car park I was very annoyed the car park was very good
