• Long Stay Early morning bus service to the terminal did not seem to be running as regularly as indicated. Walked to terminal with heavy suitcases which from the long stay area is quite a hike and poorly signposted.

• Long Stay The car park was easy to find and there were plenty of spaces available. The shuttle bus arrived within 10 minutes and, due to the late arrival of our flight home, the buses were waiting outside of ghe terminal doors to take us back to our car. From landing to being back in the car took 35 minutes - brilliant!

  Coming back busier and driver drove quite quickly to parking area. We had lots of luggage ... a travel cot + 2 adult bags + baby + hand luggage ( lots of bags ) no assistance offered getting on and off bus ...
  Parking and ticketing all good. No issues access/egress.

• Long Stay Flight was delayed and we were 1 hour late picking up the car but no problem I put the ticket in and the barrier opened.

• Long Stay All went well no problems apart from barcode not working at barrier on arrival, but followed instructions and went to desk in airport. Staff friendly and sorted problem. On exiting car park did what staff told me to do and all went to plan. Will definitely use again.

• Long Stay We were struggling to get through the entrance barrier, when 2 colleges arrived to say that there was a problem. I showed them my booking & they gave me a pass to get in & out. Brilliant timing and very helpful. Perfect buses, helpful drivers. Couldn't have worked better for us. Thanks

• Long Stay More bus stops for far away parking slots especially for the aged and for when the weather is bad as I WILL NOT pay the £3 drop off charge as this is down right robbery. It's the principle, not the amount.
