• Long Stay I like how you've changed the entry and exit procedure at Leeds to a simple scan the barcode, take the ticket then insert the ticket to exit. Much better than the previous having to get the ticket validated and means a much quicker exit of the airport. I also like when Leeds opens up the long stay section nearer the airport as I like to walk to and from the terminal.

• Long Stay Walkway could be more user friendly, road was blocked for cars between carparks but also made it difficult for pedestrians. We do tend to walk as quicker than waiting for bus!

• Long Stay We waited a long time for our bus to take us to the airport. On the way back we did see 2 buses but they were running very close together so had a long wait on the way back. Normally they are much quicker as we have been using you for years.

• Long Stay Setting off on our journey in day light was fine - found everything quite easily. On our return in the dark and on a very wet and wild night wasn't as good. Went to catch the bus but the stop had been moved - no indication of this until we got to the bus shelter where a sign was displayed. We got wet through and blown away doing this. When on the bus it was difficult to see out of to find where your stop was. Several people shouting out on the bus to find where their destination was. Would be more helpful if there was some display in the bus showing which stop you had arrived at.
