• Long Stay The only adverse comment I would make is about the bus drivers. They don't seem to be as helpful as they used to be. My husband and I are both 68 and while I'm very healthy and mobile, he walks with a stick. The drivers just sit and watch while we struggle on with our luggage, and the last driver dropped us off at 3A area even though we'd told him three times we were at 3E. He said it was the nearest drop off point. Luckily it wasn't raining.

• Long Stay yes everything was fine ,a problem occurred at the barrier when coming home,but bcp staff were with me in a matter of minutes, very helpful, and got me on my way in a matter of seconds.

• Long Stay Bus staff unfriendly on return journey, couldn't be sure a bus would come on the outward journey and it was very cold waiting so ended up walking about a mile to terminal.

• Long Stay For the price the Car Park was a long way away from the Terminal - more like off site parking. It is more expensive than Manchester! On arrival had to wait for second transfer bus as first one was full. By contrast the driver on our return couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.
