• Multi-storey Very impressed with automated setup, number plate recognition, but thought actual entrance to multi-storey car park could have been better signposted. It was shown as hotel car park and I nearly drove on to the long stay car park by mistake, but for a last second change of direction. Everything else was perfect - very convenient for terminal.

• Multi-storey After making a mistake with my return date, I telephoned BCP a very help lady advised me to go to the kiosk on my return saying she would leave a note on my details. Arriving tired at 2.30am we did just that, no drama,. all sorted. A FIRST CLASS SERVICE.

• Multi-storey after making a mistake in my booking in relation to return date, I telephoned BCP and a very helpful lady advised me to go to the kiosk on my return saying she would leave a note on my details. this she did, the gentleman in the kiosk was very helpful and dealt with my problem with speed, we were very great full as it was 2am,and we were tired,there was mo drama. A FIRST CLASS SERVICE.

• Multi-storey Travel group of Grandparents, Parents, children 5&3 We always use BCP to book airport parking. This trip we had no problems planes on time etc In the past we have been stranded by the Ash cloud and snow and have found the staff very helpful!!!
