• Airparks Drop and Go Extremely difficult to find Drop and Go site. We found 2 other sites and the staff at one of these were extremely unhelpful. We only managed to get our flight as it was delayed by an hour. The facilities and every other aspect were good but due to the location we will not be using this airport parking again.

• Airparks Drop and Go Your facilities are fine, could be a whole lot better at the Airport. No seats, no shelter from sun, rain, no queuing system resulting in a free for all. Returning passengers crowding round the gate to the bus bay making it difficult for passengers leaving the bus.

• Airparks Drop and Go Really good service. The self-service was easy to use and there was someone on standby if you needed support. My only negative comment would be the the car park was a little tight as you drove around to exit. There was a huge pillar/lighting which had a foam protector around it but was difficult when you drive a larger car.

• Airparks Drop and Go Your staff at the main reception were exceptionally rude. We had our meet and greet cancelled as they were 'too busy'. Told I was not special and it's not their problem. Was also told that 'If I couldn't be bothered to wait for a refund I'd have to call and sort it myself. Not once did I state I couldn't be bothered to wait. I am 33 weeks pregnant, delayed and arrived at with a 5 year old child, so just wanted to get home. Was also told there are plenty of car parks so use another one next time, obviously after that service I think I will. My mother had pre rung to say I was delayed and not once were we told that the meet and greet was cancelled. Terrible service and terribly rude staff!!!
