• Airparks Drop and Go Better signs on return to find wait point. Instructions said go to pick up point 12 and it was at point M, with very small signs. Took me an hour to get back to my car.

• Airparks Drop and Go Car parking was good. Bus transfer from airport was disappointing. Bus at stance when we got there was full; next bus arrived 15 to 20 minutes later; it was then crammed with at least 10 people in aisle, several young children sitting on knees, man with arm in sling having to stand. Not a pleasant experience, though fortunately only for a short distance.

• Airparks Drop and Go The screen showed our vehicle would be parked in area H however it was not, we found it a distance away in M. Furthermore the key was only being put in the key collection box as we arrived to collect it which ordinarily wouldn't be a problem but for the fact we'd spent over an hour at the airport after landing, so had we left the airport on time our key wouldn't have been available. The process was straightforward though.

• Airparks Drop and Go I missed a flight purely because of airport transfer bus interval. Completely ruined my family holiday. Airparks was far away too..however what you pay is what you get. Steer clear and book airport official parking for a few quid more.

• Airparks Drop and Go Discovered I'd left my purse in my car at the car park when I arrived at the airport. Called central office who relayed the information to the car park staff. They called back straight away and gave the bus driver my purse to take to the airport where I picked it up. Very impressed and grateful to all staff for their swift and courteous service.
