• Airparks Drop and Go The Airparks car park was easy to find, the check in is not adequately explained but staff are on hand to assist, the bus runs twice per hour with a 15 min journey so it can take 45 mins to get to the airport from the car park. However the prices are reasonable and very competitive

• Airparks Drop and Go did not see any staff at 12.30 in the morning so wonder what would happen if there was a problem. Also you need to mention that the key tag contains the code to exit the car park. Don't remember this being mentioned or written anywhere and i can see people throwing this away before they leave

• Airparks Drop and Go Always use bcp, but this time needed to stay abroad longer and couldn't extend my parking time, because simply there's no option to do so. So had to fly over to move the car to another car park. That's ridiculous. Anyway, exept that accident, everything is fine.

• Airparks Drop and Go Dropping off the car was smooth, but collecting and leaving was not. The key was not in the keybox, had to collect it from reception. Also, the keyfob's barcode was not scanning on exit, the intercom didn't work, we had to go back to reception in the pouring rain while holding up the queue behind us.

• Airparks Drop and Go More frequent and faster bus service. I would recommend if going with BCP at Luton Airport that you factor in at least 45 mins extra to get from the airport parking to arriving at the airport.

• Airparks Drop and Go first time i was disappointed.. we was waiting 20min for bus and driver dont leting in my boyfriend to the bus couse was many people inside.. he said next bus will be after 10min, and i have to waiting on parking on him, but not 10min only 30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

• Airparks Drop and Go On my return I've noticed most of the change from my cup holder in the center console was stolen. Some was left in hope I won't notice. £5 worth of coins from every other car they move probably makes the thieving staff a handsome bonus. Will I come back to a missing radio next time I have to use BCP Airparks Luton?
