• Airparks Drop and Go The coach driver was very friendly,engaging and welcoming. All went smoothly although the staff in the key deposit could be more welcoming, many people would have driven for hours. A smile costs nothing but in terms of customer service it brings massive amounts.

• Airparks Drop and Go Staff very helpful especially the lady bus driver who we had out and back who lifted cases on and was so polite to all customers. New key system was very slick with staff to help. Downside was that the buses do not run frequently enough to cope with the demand.

• Airparks Drop and Go The booking in was fine. On returning the queue was so long we had to wait for another coach. The driver tried to be fair and crammed as many as possible on the coach, leaving the rest of the queue in roasting conditions. Also with so many on board it was like sitting in an oven. I admired the driver for keeping her cool and cheery nature.more coaches should be made available.we waited longer than 15 minutes.
