• Airparks Drop and Go On arriving at Luton airport we could see that the bus was in. We are both pensioners and I have to use a walker as I have trouble walking. We were about 2 metres away when they closed the gate so my husband called out and I pointed out to my walker. They pointed out that the gate was now closed and got into the bus. We were left waiting 20 minutes in minus 3% temperature. Surely they could have waited those couple of minutes. I ended up in bed with a chill and then a really bad cold that I still have not got over.
  I have always been pleased with the service received and when the other bus came along they were the complete opposite helping people with their cases and getting in as many passengers as possible. From one extreme to the other. I hope the other driver has a conscience, he know how cold it was.
