• Mid Stay Mid stay was close to the airport and there was no waiting for the bus. It took just under 8 mins to walk. However signs in the car park to the airport were confusing as it was still dark I was unsure which direction to go in, then I followed some other people who had just parked.

• Mid Stay The description said 8 minute walk. You forgot to mention uphill and more like 20 minutes. Our return flight landed at midnight so this walk back was not a pleasure. You also persuaded me to buy upgrade security which was closed so I’m owed a £10 refund. In summary you sold me 2 lies.

• TakeOff Luton Airport Meet and Greet The service was amazing. I have read loads of positive and negative comments. Our car was collected from the airport parking quickly with no problem . On return our car was waiting for us. Brilliant service

• Mid Stay Very upset bus transfer to terminal cancelled, my husband disabled we had a very difficult walk to and then back to car park, could have had bad consequences. Have used this car park on many occasions no problem. Will be looking at others next time.
