• Good as got service as discribed. Infact far better than the last time I used the service approx a year ago. Far more organised. Issues I had. Staff . some have no people skills. yes we need each other no custom no business. Competion is out there + easy to access. Given keys to car on arrival from holiday.....Ok .. no info forth coming as to where my car was !!! I was lucky as spotted my car but only as the bus took space to turn round. We decided that the area car parked in was for 'pick up' but at no point were we told. Having had the 'here are your keys, find your car ' treatment a good year ago I was prepared to look for my car. As I said 'Much improvement' Yes I would use the service again. Thank You

• I have used this car park many times and will do so in the future. I use it for both business and pleasure. the only way it can be improved is sometimes I am left waiting at the airport up to 20 mins, when the car park is only 5 mins away. It would be much quicker for me to use onsite parking on my return.

• I use BCP parking everytime I travel. This was my third time this year with more to come later in the year. The service is fantastic. Booking on line is very straight forward. The staff are always organised when you arrive to drop your car and it only takes a couple of minutes to book your car in. Transfers to the and from the airport are quick and painless and the drivers are always chatty and helpful. I wouldnt use anyone else now.

• Efficient and good value. Instructions on how to get there could have been a little clearer in getting us past the airport entrance. Might have benefited from including approximate distances between various traffic islands. But all-round very good experience.
