• A bit of a wait for the minibus to take us from the carparkz to the terminal at Luton> There were alot of people waiting and it would have been better if an extra minibus had been laid on to minimise the waiting time

• Parking facilities were close to the airport and they seemed secure. Staff were helpful. Only bad thing was that the minibus that came to collect us from the airport was going much too quickly over the speed ramps.

• Staff were pretty helpfull, all went as well as can be expected, bus arrived quite quickly. It was raining pretty hard when we got back so a little request - Install a shelter next to the office where the luggage is loaded/unloaded from the clients cars so that if it's raining (which it does 50% of the time in the UK) you won't get soaking wet.

• Staff very efficient . As a woman travelling on her own I found the carpark accessible and easy to find. The service was prompt - no hanging around at all! Both outward and inward service went as smoothely as possible.

• Simple process to leave car and get dropped at airport. Only a short wait to get picked up again and returned to car park. Roadworks in Luton causing congestion but that will obviously only be short term. Security of car park of slight concern based on visual inspection/opinion?
