• The most efficient part of the journey. After the usual hour long hold up at passport control we were delighted to see the Carparkz bus at the pick up point, within 5 or 6 minutes we picked up the car and were on our way home. Not good but excellent service from your Luton carpark on Eaton Green Road, just off Vauxhall way

• the parking service provided was not want I was expecting from having to leave my keys for my car with the car park provider, from being transported to the airport in a budget bus. Then having to wait approximately 20 minutes for our pick up.

• My issue was not directly with BCP, though I did have an issue with the car park upon my return where they could not locate my car. This was parked in the wrong bay as they thought I was returning on Saturday rather than Thursday.
