  • Swift Meet and Greet Why would I possibly use your service again? Not only cheaper in the official car park where I dropped the car, but you don't have a surprise surcharge when returning to your car in the freezing rain of an "exit fee" which you have to pay in cash to your attendant.

  • Swift Meet and Greet It was disorganised when we returned, access to the car park was cut off by fencing and it took us ages to get to the area. When we eventually got to the area, it took some time for the staff to tell us where our car was. Not a good experience

  • Swift Meet and Greet Staff very good and prompt return of our car. One problem was being asked to pay £5 for exiting the car park which was not expected and not clear in the booking process. This needs to be either brought more prominently to the attention of potential clients or included in the overall meet and greet charge.

  • Swift Meet and Greet Upon arriving at the car park we were met by an extremely hostile older Asian man , he used a raised voice to address my wife and I then contradicted his colleague by ordering us to park in a different location with a raised voice and pointed finger. When challenged on his rude behaviour he threatened to remove my car from the carpark despite payment being made, at one point he attempted to snatch my phone from my hand . Eventually I was able to park my car and make my flight . The collection of our car was a very different experience with a young gentleman handing over the keys in a professional manner. For reference offender was an older bespectacled Asian man with an unkempt uniform and poor personal hygiene. For all of the above these reasons I would never use his service again and advise all of my workmates and friends to do the same.

  • Swift Meet and Greet Cost me £5.00 more than I expected as had to pay the short term parking fee as well. So the price quoted was not the price I paid. Just let customers know the actual total they will pay when booking.

  • Swift Meet and Greet The set up at Luton was a bit chaotic and when our car came back whoever had been driving it had been messing about with all yhe controls, the heating was truned up full blast and the window was partly down. Plus I don't understand why we needed to give the attendant £5 when we left....we had already paid £62 but he wouldn't give us ghe ticket to leave the car park without giving him £5

  • Swift Meet and Greet Swift Meet and Greet Luton is a bit of a shambles. I'm sure things will be ironed out once the airport has finished redeveloping, but I didn't feel confident leaving my car and the staff weren't that friendly either !
