Terminal Car Park 1 When I got to the exit I was asked to pay. The barrier only raised after I used the intercom. This happened on several occasions and causes unnecessary delay.

Terminal Car Park 1 I got a sickness bug the day I was due to fly out to Tenerife from Luton. I cancelled the parking but was told as it was within 35 hours I couldnâ€™t get a refund. I had to pay for another flight to Tenerife and lost out on half of my all Iâ€™m inclusive holiday so really would have appreciated getting that money back but some corporation gets to be paid for my misfortune. Disgusting. Wonâ€™t be using again.

Terminal Car Park 1 It was full when we arrived and we drove around up and down looking for an available slot for 20 minutes. Still not a single space available so parked on the yellow lined zone in the end. What was the point of prebooking if your space was not assured?
