• Meet and Greet T1 Car was absolutely filthy when I came to pick it up. Don't know where it had been parked but it looked like it had been in a dry mud storm. Who ever had brought it back had to use the washers & wipers to bring it back. Also it was not parked outside even though they were told I am disabled. Also their is no disabled parking at terminal 3 & no way of asking as it is now all automated. I also noticed on my return a new notice saying they will no longer take your car to a different terminal for your return if you return to a different terminal. I paid a lot of money for this parking & use you a lot through out the year & expect better !

• Meet and Greet T1 The staff where very helpful and having a member of the staff in the car park when we arrived was a must.
  Staff in the centre made the key drop and collection of my car very easy.. only down side was finding the exit at 11:00 pm at night was a bit hit and miss, better signage would help.

• Meet and Greet T1 Difficulty finding entrance to meet and greet due to roadworks- signage could be better. We weren’t the only vehicle to end up in the wrong car park. Also exit had poor signage due to works.
