• Meet and Greet T1 The transfer and collection were fine as usual BUT I don't expect my radio to be retuned to Heart, in fact I don't expect you to turn my radio on at all.
  Also I know you park the car in a field somewhere but this time it was absolutely filthy being covered in a fine dust.
  Not so impressed this time.

• Meet and Greet T1 We have been using this service for many years. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes to drop the keys off or to pick them up.
  This time it took a lot longer for some reason, there were spare computers but they were not maned
  .

• Meet and Greet T1 Booked 'Meet and Greet' at Manchester airport for a week. Prices have increased significantly over the last year. Check in went smoothly and car was only a short walk from the admin center on pick-up. When we saw the car we were shocked to see about 1mm of fine dust over the entire car, we could barely see out of the windows and had to stop at the nearest garage to clear some of the muck off, it was dangerous to drive - looked like it has been parked in a quarry. We had spent the week in North Africa, our friends thought we had driven there! Appalling state of the car, which had been valeted the week before we went on holiday, spoilt an enjoyable week.

• Meet and Greet T1 Facilities were as described however for the first time I have cause for complaint. 2 of the 3 cars looked as though they had been kept outside in a dust storm, one had rubbish left in from your operatives and ones radio had been tampered with. Are you using a different supply company? I will have to think long and hard before booking again.

• Meet and Greet T1 Used this service many times as we find it extremely reliable , but on this occasion we arrived back into Manchester to find our car wasn’t ready to collect , even our flight was delayed by an hour and our car wasn’t there . We arrived at 3am with a 5 month old baby and 2 children under their age of 9 , we were very disappointed this time as we had to wait around for our car to arrive back

• Meet and Greet T1 There was no record of my booking at the reception- made me very anxious trying to catch my flight . Then added manually in the system and car not ready for collection . Had to wait 30 mins at 1am in the early hours - totally
  Unacceptable and a dreadfully poor service all round for drop off and pick up .
  A full reimbursement would be in order
