• Meet and Greet T1 We use Manchester "meet and Greet" many times a year, the new booking in / collection is a brilliant new addition to the service but please do ask the drivers NOT to put the cars so close to each other, and please allow cars to turn out . Last Thursday was a 15 point turn !

• Meet and Greet T1 Excellent process from start to finish. 2 min walk to checkin in. Car can system identified me from numver plate. Parked up handed keys over and on way in less than 5 mins. On return check out in 5 mins car waitin next to terminal 1 and homebound within 10 mins of leaving passport control perfect

• Meet and Greet T1 Staff Very Helpful quick check in and pick up of keys, just need ensure trolleys are free to use and machines working to dispense them work. These I know belong to the airport not you. Though for park and ride customers you could provide a trolley to help especially when travelling with young children.
