• Meet and Greet T1 We booked Meet and Greet on this occasion because the Terminal 1 Multi Story was not available. This, it seems, is because of a policy of not allowing more than 7 days in this park. As we always travel for more than 7 days, this seems an arbitrary and unfair policy. This booking is convenient to the terminal but required walking in the open in very cold weather. Why couldn't we have booked the Multi Story? Meet and Greet is not an accurate description as we had to park the car ourselves, deliver and collect the key ourselves and find our own car on return (again in the very cold weather). I would consider it the best option available but still don't understand the restriction on the Multi Story.

• Meet and Greet T1 As always it is excellent but BCP and Manchester Airport and Airpark are all the same it depends who has best offer.
  A loyalty discount would be better rather than wait to see who has best offer on the day of booking .
  I use the airport parking at least 8 times per annum

• Meet and Greet T1 Absolute chaos in the car park. I was told to go to t34 at the other side of the railings. Totally confused it was dark raining and cars were everywhere. I left my blue badge on the dashboard indicating I was a disable driver expecting it to be parked in the disabled bay. Not happy with the situation..
