• Meet and Greet T1 my flight eta was 23.55 hrs, so i booked my collection time of 01.00 hrs and got charged an extra day, but got told when i dropped my car off you get allowed 24hrs to collect your car after landing, so why charge me the extra money ? i feel conned.

• Meet and Greet T1 Found it a little confusing at first had to stop and ask the advisor at the drop of point where to go. Once we found the area it all went very smoothly and the staff very helpful.

• Meet and Greet T1 When checking out at reception, I was given a ‘code name’ by the lady assistant, and I was to ring the bell at the exit gate & give this code over the tannoy. The chap who answered didn’t have a clue what I was talking about & asked me where I got that ‘code word’. Having explained, he let me out & said he would speak to reception desk. Just didnt come over as very professional !

• Meet and Greet T1 Arrival we had no problems. On return, collection machines were not working and car was clean except all four wheels were very muddy, so obviously parked on grass/field.

• Meet and Greet T1 I do not see why the radio station and satnav need to be altered on the car. You hear about some clients having issues with unauthorised use of the vehicle, last week at Gatwick for instance. Surely the driver does not have time to listen to the radio when parking vehicles
