• Meet and Greet T1 Very helpful staff, including the chap who, once we had parked helped remove our suitcase last from the car. The width of the car parking lanes however is frustratingly narrow. The efficiency with which we can reclaim our key and leave the car park is much appreciated after a lengthy flight.

• Meet and Greet T1 It was easy to book and easy to check in. The parking area is so easy and quick to the terminal building. Picking up the car and exiting is easy and quick too, no hassle . The only comment is the cost which I know has gone up and of course I think you are in high demand now but it would be even better if the cost was a little less. ( sorry had to say that as it is what I feel , it is getting that it would be cheaper for me to get a taxi from North Wales !! ) I will still give your service a10 thanks

• Meet and Greet T1 Facilities good as described and staff very helpful and professional.One criticism I have is the signs at Manchester airport Terminal 1 initially direct you to A or B We did eventually find the meet and greet sign after a detour up the drop off section of T1 The reaction of your man in the car park led me think I wasn't the first one to mention this problem

• Meet and Greet T1 All fine but would have appreciated our car being brought nearer to the key pick up point as was pouring down and our car was in a lane 5 mins walk away, usually our car has been moved to a nearer lane.
