• Meet and Greet T1 I have used meet and greet for the last 4 years and the service at the airport is always excellent. The only problem I had this year is when I booked in advance for a good offer I didn't know which terminal I was going from so I guessed at T1 as that's where we'd gone from the last 3 years. We were flying with Thomson which I was unaware only fly from T2. I thought surely when confirmed staff should have let me know when confirming my booking I was booking the wrong terminal as previously they checked my flight details as they confirmed the time of my flight. When all my documents came through 2 weeks before departure and I realised I needed to be at T2 I phoned only to be told I could only change for £149 which would have been double the original fee!! I could not afford this so said I would have to leave it in T1 and just travel across to T2 which I'm not going to lie made me anxious as I had no idea how easy this would be. When we arrived to T1 the man that booked us in ( wished I had got his name but unfortunately in my flustered state I forgot) was brilliant and got us a lift with a member of staff that was going across by car to T2 he then said he'd make sure our car was at T2 on our arrival. He could not understand why this was changed when I rang for no extra cost. His customer care was brilliant. I have always had great service but you really need to make sure your telephone staff know what they are doing.

• Meet and Greet T1 Parked at Meet and Greet terminal 1 and arrived back at terminal 2. Our car was waiting for us at terminal 2 which was a great service to us. The service was quick and efficient. I would recommend using this service and i will be using this company again next time i travel.
