• Meet and Greet T1 We love your service. Thhe only niggle was on our return the lady on the desk was a little impatient with us, she was speaking so quickly we couldn't grasp where our car was to pick up and she had to repeat it over and over again. What is easy for the staff isn;t always comprehensible to tired travellers. Apart from that we love your service

• Meet and Greet T1 We are happy with the drop off but on arrival cars are not parked near reception for you to pick up.Ours was in Zone hard to find, unlit, and had to cross a busy road near the petrol station with heavy cases.NOT HAPPY YEAR OLDS!! You know the time people are arriving back please move cars nearer.

• Meet and Greet T1 All staff really friendly and very helpful. Not waiting around and car was where they said it was. Only thing was an enormous muddy boot print on the drivers floor mat. Understandable though if the car had been parked in a field or something. Maybe could look at some paper mats like when you take your car for a service the mechanics don't dirty the floor.
