• Meet and Greet T1 I was extremely impressed, never having used this service before. Everything was very smooth and well organised particularly as we left from Terminal 1 and returned to Terminal 2 which was no problem at all. Staff were very efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend 'Meet and Greet' and will use it again.

• Meet and Greet T1 The service I felt was not meet n greet no one met us and certainly no one greeted us . I used meet n greet last year at manchester and I was very impressed . Unfortunately this was not my experience this year . Before our departure we were instucted by a voice to drive to an area . We then were directed by a lot of waving to go into a different lane. We then had to wait in a queue for 20 mins to hand over our keys and get a receipt. To be honest we would have been quicker parking our car and getting a shuttle bus to the airport.
  On our arrival the experience was slightly better.
