• Meet and Greet T1 Recently l have used meet and greet at T1 twice .on both occasions experienced delays getting into car park , the last time on 6 June 4:30am having to sit at barrier for 5minutes ? And at check in was in a queue for 10 minutes which was frustrating .it appears to me you may not have had enough staff to handle the number of customers ,last year when using the same l did not have the same problems .

• Meet and Greet T1 Better signage as terminal 1 meet and greet is tucked away and people could easily get confused.
  The car park exit is also not obvious when the car park is busy!
  The staff were very helpful and the location is very near the terminal building which is great as we have a disabled family member.

• Meet and Greet T1 Chaos when we arrived and my vehicle had white footprints in when we returned. Also the passenger seat had been moved back. Was my vehicle carrying passengers? Not happy at all.

• Meet and Greet T1 On return to terminal 1 I collected my key and was told my car was in zone 6,
  at the time their was a thunderstorm and we got soaked and after wandering round zone 6 realised my car wasnt there!! So back to the office we went wringig wet to find they did not know where it was and they sent a valet to find it and bring it to the office.
  At the time I was not too pleased.
  Someone made a mistake somewhere.

• Meet and Greet T1 Everything was so straightforward, we turned up, they knew who we were, we handed over the keys and were straight into the terminal. When we returned we were back in our car within 4 minutes; great, hassle free service!
