  You could improve on the directional signage, one arrival at terminal 1, the mini round about needs a sign on the left hand lane to direct you to the entrance, of the meet and greet centre.
  Lovely new layout much improved on the pervious service, thank you.

Only change I would like to see is to have the car parked with the boot accessible to put the luggage in on return. Very awkward to have to move the car forward before being able to put the luggage in the boot!

• Meet and Greet T1 I have used the service fairly regularly and found the changes in layout and location of the reception much improved layout since the changes. Staff were very efficient and courteous which is very welcome at half past midnight after a long flight.

• Meet and Greet T1 After using meet & greet the last twice we travelled would now not park any other way. It is so quick and easy and the cost is only fractionally more than parking and having to wait for a bus. Wish we had done this method years ago.
