  One of the drivers who moved our car, changed the radio station, and left it set very lound.

• Meet and Greet T1 Easy to locate and so close to terminal. Staff efficient and friendly. Couldn't be simpler. Everything ready for your arrival. Just handover the keys, pick up the collection slip and just a couple of minutes walk to the terminal. Just as efficient on our return. The walking routes had been well salted and we were even offered advice on driving conditions on certain roads as we had arrived back to snow. Well done BCP; I wouldn't use anyone else. Excellent every time.

• Meet and Greet T1 The meet and great sevice is good but the entrance had changed since we last used it and we missed it,ending up at another entrance to arrivals at Manchester T1.We were not the only ones to do this.Once we realised our mistake and went round the system again we saw the new big sign and liked the improved office.Perhaps we could just have been told about the change in advance.
