• Meet and Greet T1 Outbound was fine however, on the inbound we followed the instructions that we printed off and they were totally wrong. As a disabled person with severe mobility issues i find this unacceptable as it was around 12.30am and i had a 3 hour drive to get back home in front of me after 'meet and greet' let me down. I really do not know why i paid extra monies to be inconvenienced in this manner when after after checking my bank account i had only booked with yourselves just over a week prior to travelling turning the explanation from your staff members into a complete lie when I complained. I am not happy being treated in this manner and need to know why the old parking information had not been removed from your website please?

• Meet and Greet T1 Very efficient overall but process for collecting vehicle on return was confusing. Ticket directs you to desk in arrivals hall which was closed and then M&G machines outside terminal building were out of order. Finally ended up at main reception which was easy to use

• Meet and Greet T1 You offer a good service. My gripe is that your driver altered the memory settings on my electric seat. OK to adjust the seat but why change the memory settings? If your drivers are not familiar with electric seats how about some training?

• Meet and Greet T1 Fairly straight forward. Staff were friendly. Only gripe I have is that I had to reverse out of the parking space. Personally, I always reverse in a parking space so that it is easier to drive away. For safety I think it would be better not reverse out of parking space (after flight as traveller may be a bit tired)

• Meet and Greet T1 We thought the Meet & Greet facility was very efficient and slick, we loved the short walking distance to our car and be ready for home quickly.
  Although I was initially happy with the M&G arrangements until getting into my car, it was disappointing to have to reset my in car settings back to my selections, whoever drove our car decided to change some of the car settings??, I appreciate the seats have to be adjusted to suit different peoples size and heights. But someone altered other setting of which they had NO reason too. I did change them back but after quite few minutes fiddling with the switches.

• Meet and Greet T1 Overall, I can't see the extra value from using the meet & greet vs parking and walking the extra 5 mins. The arrival process (actually parking my own car in a line) seemed a little chaotic, and various settings on my car had been changed.
