• Park and Fly Always use this car park when we fly from Newcastle airport.Good value for money,efficient friendly staff. Would recommend.

• Park and Fly Excellent service, stayed overnight at Premier Inn so booked the car in a day before we were due to fly. Weather was dreadful when we arrived at the hotel but when we dropped the car off my daughter was brought back to the hotel which was excellent service. On arriving back we arrived at the pick up point at the same time as the bus which was superb.

• Park and Fly Parking easy, stress free and efficient. Quick journey to airport. My only concern is that the shuttle buses should be equipped with a step for use on arrival as they are difficult to access for people with short legs or limited movement in a joint! Our bus had a step to use at the car park when entering the vehicle, but none when alighting at the airport.

• Park and Fly Good company although when got back home to airport we had no idea where to go at 11.30pm. I tried calling the company but answer machine. Stopped another bus and they told us where to stand. When got there there was a helpful poster stating there was cctv and someone would be on there way. Would have been helpful to know this on ticket we received rather than standing in rain for 30 minutes not knowing what to do. When got collected the man was very helpful and pleasant.
