Help and advice for Monarch customers intending to travel.

Monarch Airlines has ceased trading and all of its bookings have been cancelled, reports the Civil Aviation Authority this morning. The government is making arrangements to bring all Monarch customers home at the end of their holidays, at no extra cost.
If you had a booking with Monarch and would like to change your booking with us, please use one of the options below. We have a dedicated team in place who will be able to help you. Our phone lines are very busy today because of the situation with Monarch so leaving your details with us online will be the best way to make sure we can help you promptly.
1. If you were due to travel with Monarch, and you have a flexible booking with BCP, you can amend or cancel your booking online at our usual help and support page.
2. If the changes you make incur any charges and you would like us to look into having these waived, please leave your details using this form and we will come back to you as soon as possible.
3. If you were due to travel with Monarch, and you have a non-flexible booking with BCP, please leave your details with us using this form and we will come back to you as soon as possible.
If you are overseas and have parked your car at the airport, or have stayed overnight at the airport in a hotel you booked through us and have already parked your car, we are contacting your parking supplier to let them know the situation.

If you are in the UK and have a holiday booked with Monarch, unfortunately future holidays and flights with Monarch are cancelled from 2nd October.
