BCP, the UK's leading airport parking and travel services provider, has announced commercial agreements with Q-Park airport car parks and Newcastle International Airport to supply them with BCP's fully integrated 'Rainbow' Parking software.
'Rainbow' was originally developed by BCP for its own Gatwick car park and booking business. In the last 12 months, it has been fully upgraded and enhanced to provide car parks with a fast, dynamic and efficient tool for managing bookings and parking operations. It offers users a comprehensive range of functions from interactive web sites, call centre booking systems, exceptionally flexible pricing modules and customer focused car park operation software covering everything from customer check-in to capacity management.
In rapid succession BCP have won three contracts with members of the Q-PARK Group and a further contract with Newcastle International Airport. First the Rainbow Permit Management module was installed into 2 hospital car parks. Recently BCP has installed the Airport Parking Module into six Q-Park airport car parks within the United Kingdom. In addition to this, BCP has also installed a German language version of the software into two of Q-Park's car parks in Berlin and Dusseldorf. Finally BCP have installed the Airport Parking System, Call Centre and Web software into 3 car parks at Newcastle International Airport.
