Question: You say that bookings are Price Protected what does this mean?
Answer: Price Protection is our guarantee that you wont get any product we sell cheaper anywhere else. If you do, well refund the difference, provided you tell us within seven days of booking.
Question: Do car park staff need to keep my car keys while Im away?
Answer: No. The parking we offer at Norwich Airport, Norwich Drop and Go Parking, is a valet service. You need to leave your keys with our fully insured staff so that they can park your car for you!
Question: Are transfers to and from the airport terminal necessary?
Answer: Because we only offer a valet service at Norwich Airport, you can drive right up to the terminal entrance; so transfers are not required.
Question: Is the security at your car parks sufficient? What measures are in place?
Answer: We work very hard to ensure that our car park security is more than sufficient, with a whole host of security features in place to keep your vehicle safe. The police have inspected all our facilities and acknowledged them as among the safest in the UK.
Question: Are there any hotels near to Norwich Airport?
Answer: The Holiday Inn Norwich is only 50 metres from the airport terminal, and can be booked with BCP. The hotel includes parking for up to 15 days in the booking price.
Question: Is travel insurance available through BCP?
Answer: Unfortunately, we dont offer our own travel insurance, but we do recommend our partners, Holiday Extras, who have flexible single trip and annual policies to suit your needs, whatever they may be.
