Long Stay Easy to book, easy to find and very secure . that was the 6th time I have used BCP and the service as always was excellent . I lost my car keys and had to wait for a spare to arrive , the girl at the BCP desk was very helpful as I was worried my ticket may have elapsed by the time my spare key arrived but no problems . very happy with service

Long Stay it was ok but for the instructions on the confirmation not matching what i had to do. it was better as i was told to park closer to the terminal.

Long Stay the car park was fine and i have no complaints about it. My only problem was i had two suitcases and a large holdall to carry to the airport and due to my age i was exhausted by the time i got there. I realy think there should be trollys in the car park to help not only older or didsabled people as i think even younger and fitter people would struggle depending on the luggage they are carrying.

Long Stay As someone who had pre-booked I was for some reason "upgraded" to the car-park immediately beside the terminal, which sounds great but with no advance warning until you were just a few feet from the barrier it meant reversing back out and then doing a three point turn (heaven knows what happens if there's a queue behind you) and then on return from holiday having to fnid the right desk and then queue within the airport terminal to get a ticket to get back out of the car park again, so actually all in all I think I would have preferred it if they'd just let me park where I had booked to park!

Long Stay A bit confusing system with booking and taking tickets. In email clearly stand "don`t take ticket", but actually you need take ticket, and bring it to the desk on return.

Long Stay The staff were helpful, however it would have been better if we had prior notice that the carpark had changed. Instead we drove up only to have a poor A4 sheet of paper stuck to the ticket machine with instructions you could hardly read. The operator told us what to do when we buzzed but spoke as though the notice should have made sense to us. We then had to reverse out of car park - not very safe!

Long Stay car park closed so directed to alternative car park which was full, we drove around for over ten minutes trying to find a space and eventually abandoned at the end of a row as time was running short. Should have been an attendant to assist in the circumstances

Long Stay We arrived at the car park to be met by a notice informing us that it was closed...it told us to go to the short stay car park..and then go to the enquiries desk....if we had not been so early we may have risked losing our flight with all the extra time it took...we then had to go back to this desk on our return arrival in Prestwick ( nearly one o clock in the morning), and get the small ticket authorised so that we could leave...
