• Long Stay Bought the ticket online, parked minutes walk form check in. left on business happy and came home, walked five min to my car and left. That's exactly what I want, no nonsense, no stupid parking attentants trying to sell me some optional extra, just fast parking on my flight out and more importantly, very fast getting the feck out of the airport on my Friday night flight home.

• Long Stay Everything went smoothly. I booked this for my wife and she found it very straight forward and hassle free. No driving out into the country and waiting for shuttle buses. Just a short walk to the terminal and she got home quicker on the return leg.

Maybe the instructions could be printed in another font just to make them stand out more - as I missed them first time round - my husband read them.

• Long Stay The parking facilities are good and even though the registration plate recognition wasn't working on 22/3/13 this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. My only suggestion for improvement is to address the significant size and frequency of potholes in the car park.
