• Long Stay Reasonable price with 10% discount. Didn't recognise registration of car on entry and I was advised to take ticket. Car park full of pot holes. Long queue on exit. Long time to exit as assistant couldn't marry my details with the booking. Eventually got out.

• Long Stay Everything was good apart from the fact that when I put my ticket in the machine to leave, the screen said "Next time book in advance and save" which made me think it didn't realise I'd already paid, making me panic until I realised the barrier had gone up.

• Long Stay Booking is simple. Getting out of the car park is harder. Quite a few cars seems to have to spend a long time exiting. I do not know if it is because they have not paid before they put their ticket into the slot, but it is slightly annoying. On 23/3/13 when we arrived back there were two queues of cars waiting to leave. When we finally got to the barrier it took less than a minute for us to exit. I assume some drivers are failing to complete business properly.

• Long Stay Found the service excellent and enjoyed my trip away knowing my car was safe.Arriving back was great didn't have to ring anyone and wait for a bus pick up to take me to my car which meant I got home quicker.Will use the service again and wound recommend.As they say your servive "did what it says on the tin"

• Long Stay For the second time recently the was no problem receiving the ticket however when it came to exiting the car park the barrier did not lift instead it wanted me to pay over £100 pounds even though i had booked online and the person on the intercom could use a customer service course
