• Long Stay I booked the parking on line, which was uncomplicated. Entrance and exit to and from the car park went smoothly. If one thing could have been improved it was the pick up service to and from the car park as on these days it was raining heavily and the bus was not convenient.

• Long Stay Car parking was fine but they did not recognise my registration number. I told the gentleman that I had updated my vehicle registration about 2/3hrs before I arrived as it states on the booking confirmation you can update your registartion anytime before arrival, the gentleman on the intercom said "no use in doing that as we dont get updated" wasnt the friendliest man and he wasnt impressed.

• Long Stay Your staff were most helpful in that the writer entered the wrong park. My wife has MS and your man on duty took that into account and arranged a wheelchair and did not require us to move off to the long term park.
