• Long Stay Car park in convenient location. Competitive price. Car park is in need of infilling pot holes/craters. Perhaps more signage to guide people out of car park.. Did not see or know where to find any staff if we needed them.

• Long Stay First time I used pre book and the system worked fine.
  I use the airport parking a lot and would now use the pre book system as long as I know the return date.
  I frequently have problems with the ticket machines. Often they don't recognise my card on the way in or the receipt is unreadable, as I can claim the expense for work, this is a pain. Sitting at a ticket barrier for 10 or 15 minutes wating for your staff turns up, after an 18 hour day is not my idea of fun.

• Long Stay The only thing i was disappointed with was the courtesy bus to the airport, i rang the button, only to be told the bus would have to go for diesel before they could pick me up. waited ten minutes before it arrived with a small child in the cold. coming home their was no courtesy bus available and i looked around the car park and none was circulating either. that part of the service was very poor other than that brilliant,

• Long Stay When we arrived there was no staff to be seen anywhere. It was very foggy that day and we were unsure of where to go as we could not see any signs directing us to the airport terminal. Would have been nice to have a member of staff there to ask. Other than that we were happy with the airport parking and the price we paid.
