• Long Stay Pre booked and paid in advance however when put ticket in to leave it stated we owed over £60!! Took us around 10 mins at gate when man tried to find r booking with a lot of difficulty by the sound of it. Was not impressed.
  Although it was handy being on site, the Tarmac needs renewed- very hard to wheel cases on.

• Long Stay I entered the wrong registration online but the helpful assistant sorted the problem straight away! The only problem was a lack of signage to the airport. It took a while for us to work out our way to the terminal. We didnt see a bus to take us to the terminal either!

Thankfully the guy on the other end of the intercom sorted it out. The other drivers behind us were not so sympathetic. Not the best ending to our holiday

• Long Stay I had trouble exiting the car park as I had a problem with my card. Your representative helped resolve problem. I think clearer instruction on what to do when a car arrives at the barrier and what to do when leaving the car park would help.

• Long Stay Unfortunately despite prebooking. We managed to get stuck in the car park for well over 15 minutes and when we pressed the button for assistance thee was no body available for 15 minutes. We subsequently had to phone someone in England to release to contact apocalypse operator to release us. Disappointing as we were keen to get a smooth and smart exit to our next commitment.

• Long Stay The car park could not be more convenient for the Airport Departure and Arrival Buildings. It took me 4 Minutes from my car to the Departures. The automated barrier at the car park worked fine and my exit was smooth too. Well done - and a good price for the stay!
