  (a) the pavement from the terminal building is very rough which makes it difficult to pull a case along and it could cause the wheels on the case to break. Could be made smoother.
  (b) a covered walkway similar to those in Dublin Airport would stop you getting soaked if it is raining.

• Long Stay My husband's car, that was booked into the car park, broke down the previous day so I had to change the registration to my car through the online system. Then his car got fixed the same day so I was able to change it back. No hassle. System updated, worked as expected. No delays. So relieved!

• Long Stay I cannot comment on the staff, as I had no need to contact them because everything went as planned. Despite my mobility issues, I was able to park closely enough to the terminal that I didn't even need to use the free bus to take me there.

• Long Stay Everything went very well. I drove up to the barrier and within a very short time my ticket was issued. When I was leaving the car park, again I drove up to the barrier, inserted the ticket and the barrier rose up and I was able to leave without a hitch. I was most pleased, and will use your facility next time I use this airport.

• Long Stay Everything went very smoothly, cost is still quite high and as usual a car was parked on the road part of the carpark between rows one and two nearest the entrance barriers. It may be worth thinking of discouraging users from doing this as it impedes other users.
