  1 point away for external cleanliness of car. Took a lot of cleaning to remove what seemed to be a type of tree sap, especially on the roof and bonnet.

• Airparks Drop and Go Hadn’t used you for a few years & was pleased to see the improvements in the parking Facilities, computer was down on our arrival very early which did cause delays in booking in. I would like to see shorter bus timings 20-mums can be very tight if you’ve been delayed getting to you, causing panic for customers. We saw a taxi arriving for a family as they had just missed the bus & needed to be on their way very quickly.

• Airparks Drop and Go I use this company 3 times a year, this time I rang to book my car brought to the “terminal†as was told. When I landed I rang the car park to say we had landed and I had to walk 10 minutes with suitcases a 3 year old and a pushchair at 2am. It would have been easier for me to use the shuttle bus service provided as that was right outside the terminal. I should have been advised on the phone when booking where to collect the car from as when I have used this service in the past I met my car outside the arrivals door. I am absolutely furious I was not told I had to walk so far at that time in the morning with so many suitcases, you CANNOT state you will bring the car to the arrivals door then park in the valet centre behind the Novotel behind a load of barriers with no safe walk through to get into the car park I don’t believe dodging cars and running back and forth over a road at 2am leaving my daughter in her pushchair on one side of the road and running over to the other to get suitcases is a safe method to collect my car. I would have been perfectly happy using the shuttle bus service if I was advised of the location of the drop off service. I will be making a formal complaint about this. Very very disappointing as I use BCP a lot and advise family and friends to as well including colleagues who travel for work.
